Semantic Forms

Semantic Forms is an extension to MediaWiki that works in conjuction with the Semantic MediaWiki extension. It lets users easily create forms to add and edit data, thus allowing a semantic wiki to function as a user-friendly database. It also allows you to associate page types with forms in various ways, allowing users to go from viewing a page to editing it with a form in one click.
